If you've found Mich then count yourself lucky. Mich genuinely cares about her clients, which was a nice change for me as I've tried a bigger firm and was not impressed. As a first home buyer, the process and budgeting required for this was daunting and in all honesty I'd been avoiding it, thinking it just wasn't ever going to be possible for me. Mich was extremely knowledgeable, having worked on both sides of the market as an agent and broker, helping me secure a loan and guide me through and remind me of all the different things I need to do.
